Where we deliver
We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. A delivery address must include a recipient name, Indian mobile number, complete street address, city, state and six-digit PIN code.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery is ₹99. Product spend of ₹999 or more after discounts qualifies for free delivery. Charges and eligibility are shown before payment.
Tracking
Fulfilment is maintained by the SipVerse team. Signed-in customers can see shipment updates in their account and receive important changes by email.
Delays and damaged parcels
Weather, local restrictions and carrier conditions can affect estimates. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer pack and contents and contact us promptly.
